INTEGRATIVE AND HOLISTIC PSYCHOTHERAPY - I work from a holistic approach that integrates highly effective modalities of body-centered mindfulness, EMDR and brain-spotting, with cognitive-behavioral therapy to facilitate emotional and behavioral change and healing. My approach is collaborative and interactive, and strives to help you uncover and heal your deepest issues in order to live your life to its fullest.

Amy Winters, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 25 years of psychotherapy experience in both mental health agencies and private practice, as well as over 25 years of mindfulness meditation experience (Vipassana), and 10 years of Clinical Chi Kung practitioner experience. Amy also teaches Mindfulness Meditation classes and leads daylong Mindfulness Meditation retreats.
