When you enter my office, it is my priority to create a safe, trusting, and client-centered environment. It is a time when you comes first, you will to be heard, validated, and encouraged. Most people are operating at a level much lower than their full potential. The counseling relationship provides an opportunity to be connected, supported, and encouraged in order to discover the greatness within you! There are many times in our lives when we are faced with depression, anxiety, fear, or relationship issue, but these struggles do not define you. You can learn to identify your challenges, change your thoughts, and re-direct your future. Give yourself permission to ask for help. You can find relief from pain, stress, or just a little coaching to reach your next goal.

I am also uniquely qualified to provide Christian counseling if desired.
