My Approach to Helping
I am a compassionate and supportive therapist, and provide a safe, welcoming environment where you can feel heard and understood. I work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal conflicts, low self-esteem, career concerns, dating issues, marriage conflicts, grief, or trauma. We will first work toward decreasing any emotional distress you are experiencing. As you gain more balance in your life, you can make healthier choices that enable you to achieve your goals and live a more fulfilling life.
My therapeutic approach is holistic and individualized. I will tailor our work together to meet your needs, using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian and Family Systems Therapy, and Culturally Sensitive Therapy.
