I help individuals who are experiencing stress at work and in their relationships. My therapeutic style creates a safe space for individuals as well as couples who wish to increase their connection and improve their communication skills. I am skilled at assisting couples with achieving better communication, increasing trust, and enhancing intimacy. My other specialties include assisting individuals with depression, anxiety, complicated grief, and addictions. I have also facilitated therapeutic groups and conducted educational seminars. I am an innovative thinker who’s always looking for new ways to empower clients.
