My Approach to Helping

Solutions Treatment Center offers Individual Therapy, Intensive Out Patient for adolescents and adults as well as Extended Day Treatment and Transitional Living/Supportive Living programs for adults only. We work with those who are coming out of inpatient and residential treatment centers as well as those who do not yet need inpatient care, yet need more support than they can get by living at home.

We believe everyone can heal, regardless of age or history. We offer programming for those with substance abuse and addiction issues as well as those without addiction or substance use disorder. Our specialties lie with those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss issues, life transitions, co-dependency, family of origin issues, failure to launch, dual diagnosis, disordered eating and relationship difficulties. Many of our clients struggle with several of those above.

Our program is designed to be 4 months (although we can consider a minimum 30 day commitment). We have found that the longer a person is in treatment, the better the chances are of long term recovery. We believe in a Whole Life approach to treatment. As such, each week we focus on a different aspect of life that can influence our emotional well being such as communication skills, shadow self, work and finance, meaning and purpose, family of origin, relationships, self destructive behaviors and grief and loss. By understanding how these aspects of life directly and indirectly affect our recovery, we have a much more comprehensive view of where we can improve our lives.

Our program is highly individualized and group sessions are between 6-10 clients each assuring everyone is heard and has an opportunity to address their specific needs.

Solutions Treatment Center can help you to heal old wounds, understand how they continue to affect you in the present and learn how to do things differently in the future.

Please call today to see how we may be right for you.
