My Approach to Helping
Through cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness, I strengthen clients’ sense of self to help them persevere and achieve their goals. My passion and empathy help me build a safe space for my clients to grow. I am committed to helping people. I understand that therapy can feel intimidating. This is why I work to create an open, nonjudgmental, supportive place for clients.
More Info About My Practice
I graduated from Monmouth University with a master’s degree. My concentrations were in college counseling and student affairs. I’ve worked with clients of many cultural backgrounds and ages, and am experienced at working within the juvenile detention system. I tailor each session to the needs of my clients, but rely heavily on solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and existential therapies, as well as mindfulness.
