My Approach to Helping
I utilize a mindfulness based approach to handle issues surrounding depression, anxiety, relationshipcommunication, and life changes. In addition, I use evidence-based practice such as DBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR in working on processing trauma and PTSD. I can assist you and provide you will skills necessary to live your best life and start living in the present moment. With 10+ experience working with clients in a variety of settings including: community mental health, DCS, prison and probation population, homelessness, substance abuse, and inpatient mental health.
