My Approach to Helping
Learn to love the life you live! I believe that every individual has the power to find inner peace. Through specific techniques, talk therapy, and structured goals, we can work together to overcome all hardships to live a happy and successful life. I find that being structured, goal-oriented, and thorough leads to a powerful change for the individual. I believe in all my clients and value positive psychology.
I graduated from New York University with honors and a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness. My experience consists of working with individuals on the autistic spectrum, various anxiety disorders, and depression. My theoretical preference is dependent on the individual. However, I tend to combine behavioral, cognitive, and psychodynamic perspectives.
In witnessing breakthroughs, I have come to realize that various techniques and tools contribute to optimal success. I believe that each client may process therapy differently and it is essential to utilize multiple approaches when attempting to find the most suitable fit for each individual case.
