My Approach to Helping
My name is Amber Thomason, LPC and I have been treating individuals and families for more than 10 years. I strive to meet the people I work with wherever they are in their journey and help them develop a path toward their goals that makes the most sense for their current lives. Whether it is talking through an issue that has you feeling stuck, helping you obtain skills to cope with overwhelming feelings, or helping navigate through your challenges, I will work to support you. I support positive body image, mind-body connection, and building supports so you have the best foundation to make your therapy journey successful.
