I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space to work through your difficulties, heal, and achieve personal growth. I believe in the effectiveness in integrating a variety of therapeutic approaches to fit your personal needs in therapy. As your therapist, I strive to express my own authenticity, full attention, and openness in the process. I believe that therapy works best when it is a collaboration, and I frequently check in on your well-being, goals, and how therapy has been working for you. Moreover, my work as a psychologist is predicated on my knowledge of oppressive systems and its impact on people's lives. I strive towards sensitivity about racial, sexual orientation, and trans and gender-expansive issues in particular.

More Info About My Practice

In addition to individual psychotherapy, I also offer additional services. I offer customized career assessment for students and other individuals trying to determine a college major or future career. My assessments determine your interests, personality, values, and strengths that you can use to find a career that you love.

Finally, I conduct psychological testing and evaluations for students needing documentation for learning disabilities and ADHD in order to receive academic accommodations. I also provide evaluations and letters for those seeking gender-affirming medical care.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I have 5 years of experience working at college campus counseling centers and still enjoy working with college and graduate students. Due to my own personal experiences with pregnancy and birth, I also enjoy working with prenatal and postpartum issues in therapy. My strongest areas of expertise, in general, are working with anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma.
