My Approach to Helping
You know how sometimes things seem to be humming along in life, but then something BIG happens: someone you love dies, your pet dies, you break up with your partner, or lose a job, find out you have a chronic illness, you relocate, or some combination of these events? Suddenly, you're having major mood swings, maybe breaking into tears at inopportune times, wanting to hide out in your house and avoid human contact, feeling like you have no idea how to move forward in life?
What I do is help you really integrate the losses and figure out how to move forward in a way that is deeply satisfying to you and helps you step into the next phase in your life to be the way you want it to be. I help people who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and like they're stuck to have a plan, feel more grounded, more connected to others and to regain control of their life following transitions and loss, so that they can move forward and build a better tomorrow. Because change happens.
I work with motivated adults who want to be more in control of their lives following change and loss, who are interested in figuring out “what’s next for me?”
