My Approach to Helping
I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking self-improvement, those struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression and life stress to help you identify core values and beliefs. I seek to help you identify your own personal strengths to empower you to overcome life challenges. We will work closely together to develop the proper coping skills to allow you to navigate through the difficult situations you may face along the path of life.
I provide a person-centered holistic approach, treating the whole person. I have extensive experience working with substance abuse. I also have experience working with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship issues. It is my life's passion to connect with individuals who seek a comfortable space. Throughout the therapeutic process, we work closely together, building strong successful relationships with ourselves and important loved ones.
I believe self-acceptance is important. Through self-awareness comes self-acceptance, which will also allow you not only to know your self better but to understand others better so that you can develop healthy boundaries and strong relationships.
