My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative, which means treatment is specifically tailored to you and your individual set of needs and goals. In our work together, we will integrate a variety of methodologies, identified to best meet your personal objectives. We will work together to find the tools that work best for you, so that you may move forward and live fully in the life you have always desired.

If you have been searching for a safe and nurturing environment where you can work towards a stronger sense of self, increased self-compassion, inner calm, and expanding your sense of joy and happiness - you have found the right place.

We will work together to discover the meaning in each of your experiences. I will listen and provide guidance as we identify patterns in your life that are no longer serving you and help you seek out alternative ways to understand and then respond differently to those challenges and maladaptive patterns.

As a licensed psychotherapist and coach, I work with patients experiencing: chronic pain, depression, anxiety, TMS, women's issues, or perhaps just need general support - a safe haven from a sometimes hectic world. I have offices in Beverly Hills and Encino and offer coaching services via Skype around the world.

It takes a lot of courage to enter therapy. It is not unusual for feelings of uncertainty and fear to arise. Together we can face and overcome these fears and create a safe space for you to express your feelings, address your specific goals, and work towards the life you have always wanted.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

My favorite moment in therapy is that very first moment when your patient realizes that they could have a different/better life. In that moment all the pieces click into place and they realize there is so much more and they don't have to live a life of pain and suffering. It is kind of a magical moment in which together you get to take a glimpse into all the possibilities their future holds. There is a lot of hope and beauty in that moment. Definitely one of my favorite parts of the therapeutic process.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist

One of the most important steps in ensuring a growth oriented and satisfying therapy experience is finding a therapist that is a good fit for you. Just because someone is a great therapist, does not mean that they are the right therapist for you. Find someone that you like. Someone that you feel safe with and understood by. Find a space where you can bring out everything that has been hidden in the darkness, into the light. A space where this is met with nurturing, understanding and compassion. This is the foundation on which all of the meaningful work is done. A strong, safe relationship with your therapist will be the driving force behind you achieving your goals.
