I utilize a nonjudgmental approach with open curiosity and evidence-based interventions to overcome obstacles and help you achieve a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
I incorporate tools such as mindfulness, guided imagery, meditation, intention, purpose, values, and therapeutic art. My specialties include individual and couples counseling, relationship issues, non-traditional marriage and family dynamics, LGBTQIA, anxiety, depression, lifework issues, high stress, and behavior change challenges.
