My Approach to Helping
As a trauma-informed therapist, I feel that we all deserve a supportive space to process and grow from our traumatic experiences. I like to consider myself the “co-pilot” in your therapeutic journey towards healing and growth. In my therapeutic approach, I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including EMDR, Gestalt therapy, and CBT. I am also open to incorporating music and art into our sessions when possible!
I am a strong believer in the “power of the present” and I strive to help my clients turn inward and connect with their present selves.
