My Approach to Helping
If you are stressed, unhappy, or unsatisfied with your life, I would like to help you utilize your unique strengths and improve your overall happiness and well-being. I have specific training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and have used this approach to work with individuals who have had trauma in their lives. Additionally, I have experience working with anxiety disorders, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, adjustment disorders, and PTSD.
I am passionate about wellness and how physical health and overall wellness can improve mental health, so this is a focus of my treatment as well. I bring a warm, caring, and genuine approach to therapy.
