I am located in the heart of Nashville with easy access to all interstates and a dedicated parking lot free for all clients. I have session availability on Mondays.

I am trained in the full-spectrum of mental health concerns, but I specialize in anxiety and trauma. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), both evidence-based treatments for traumatic experiences.
