Working together, we can learn and practice skills to help you calm your nervous system so that you can rest better and be more balanced. Along with the traditional talk therapies, we can get acquainted with your authentic self by exploring different expressive modalities such as Tarot, meditation, mindfulness, writing, and energy work (EFTEmotional Freedom Techniques).

I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 15 years and have experience with a range of clients and concerns. My work in various clinical settings include community mental health, non-public schools, and juvenile detention facilities. Based upon each teen or adult’s needs, I integrate complimentary elements when appropriate to offer a highly personalized approach to enhance each client’s needs and experience.

Tapping or Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) can help you release issues you are having a difficult time letting go of. This process can help clear out feelings that are holding you back and give you power over them instead of them having power over you. EFT helps with feelings of anxiety, stress, chronic pain, weight management, and trauma.
