My Approach to Helping
We all struggle in life at times and need help putting the pieces together so we can learn, grow and feel at peace. I am committed and passionate about helping you work through whatever may be the reason you are looking for help. My goal as a therapist is to work with you to reduce your painful emotions and increase your self-awareness so that ultimately you can feel at peace and have room for a more fulfilling life.

I also offer neurofeedback, also known as EEG-biofeedback. Neurofeedback can be very helpful in reducing symptoms and stabilization (sleep problems, anxiety, lack of focus, hopelessness..etc) while working on the underlying issues that bring you to therapy. Many people also choose to use neurofeedback as a stand-alone treatment for things including performance enhancement, sleep problems, and ADHD.

The focus of my career has been on childhood trauma, trauma and attachment-related issues, which can show up as relationship problems, trust issues and boundary problems.
I have also successfully worked with many people on an array of other issues from depression and anxiety to life transitions and attachment-focused parenting. I offer a secular approach, grounded in psychology to the clients I see.
