My Approach to Helping
I am committed to helping individuals with an array of mental health needs. I am caring, non-judgmental, and use empathetic listening and humor to help clients face emotional situations and promote personal growth.
I earned an undergraduate degree from St. Norbert College and an MSW from Simmons University. I work with teens and adults struggling with a variety of challenges, including trauma, interpersonal relationships and communication, and LGBTQIA needs.
In therapy, I use CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Art Therapy, and other techniques to help clients achieve goals. I understand that all clients have a story, and I'm here to figure out what brought them to this point and how to help them get better.
