My Approach to Helping
I enjoy working side by side with clients to help them achieve meaningful change in their lives in a way that is consistent with their unique cultural and life experiences. I draw from various therapeutic modalities, like Cognitive-Behavioral, Person-Centered, Family Systems, and others in order to help my clients accomplish their goals in treatment. I firmly believe that the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist can be a powerful agent of change, and I am deeply interested in getting to know each of my clients for who they are independent of whatever circumstances may bring them into my office.
