I specialize in a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, relationships, codependency, spirituality and creative blocks. However, because I see each person as unique and no problem as the same for everyone, I tailor therapy to each individual's own needs and desires.

I am clinically trained, and I take a more holistic mind-body-heart approach to healing. I view the things we go through in life as an opportunity for growth towards becoming connected to our inner power. I view problems through a spiritual lens, helping clients to detach from their painful stories.

I am also a certified Grief Recovery Specialist helping with the transitions and changes we all endure throughout our life journeys.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Often we feel alone in our struggles. This can lead to a sense of feeling different, broken or isolated. Sharing our inner world with a therapist can be quite a relief, and even a healing experience. A positive connection with a therapist can create a safe place within which you can be your authentic self and be accepted unconditionally. This can help you come to know yourself on a deeper level and to create a sense of meaning and purpose in your life. When we are conscious in our lives we are empowered, and when we are empowered we can be our authentic self and create the life we truly desire. Awareness is a gift you will give yourself and your relationships for the rest of your life.
