My Approach to Helping
I am a believer in the individual's ability to heal and live a healthy and amazing life. I have been working as a counselor with both individuals and couples for over 10 years and have extensive experience in the areas of childhood abuse, relationship issues, depression, trauma, anxiety, and personal growth. The client/therapist relationship is one of trust and communication while utilizing inner resources, which individuals and couples may not know they already have. I use behavioral techniques focusing on client experiences and am trained as a psychodrama therapist. My approach to therapy includes compassion, humor, responsibility, and empathy. I offer a free initial consultation and have evening appointments.
