I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 8 years of experience and I utilize a Cognitive-Behavioral approach in my sessions. Meaning, understanding how your thoughts and feelings impact your actions and behaviors. Utilizing this approach helps to understand the WHY of your behaviors and instills hope of CHANGE.
