Billing and Insurance

I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage

Fees: My standard fee is $150 for a 50 minute session for individual therapy. I offer sliding scale appointments based on availability and need.

If you would like to submit for reimbursement from insurance I'm happy to walk you through the process.

I have an eclectic approach that prioritizes compassion and mindfulness. I am trained in mindfulness-based therapies including DBT and the Trauma Resiliency Model, and also pull from cognitive behavioral, feminist and creative arts therapies as is relevant to your needs and goals.
