My Approach to Helping
Your psychological well-being and physical health are equally important. I offer high-quality counseling services to adults who are experiencing general mental health challenges, psychological issues such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and relationship concerns.

My communication style is warm, honest, humorous, and down-to-earth. My therapeutic approach is integrative and combines techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other empirically-supported modalities. I also offer a comfortable, supportive setting where you may safely explore your issues, gain insight, and learn how to address the challenges that may be preventing you from reaching your life goals.
