My Approach to Helping
Through my own life experiences, I realized we cant always go through life alone. During difficult times, like loss or change, we need to lean on someone. Be kind to yourself and lean. When you are ready to move beyond your difficult emotions and feelings of anger, sadness, fear, emptiness, anxiousness, helplessness, shame, guilt, or loneliness, I can offer you judgment-free and personalized support toward a journey of emotional wellness. I can help you gain the necessary motivation and skills needed to achieve your goals and a new perspective on life.
Together, we will understand your thoughts, patterns and behaviors that are unhealthy and not serving you well. We can explore issues with relationships, self, work or school, as well as issues such as grief or loss, illness, or any other life changes.
I do believe that all of us have the potential to change and overcome the challenges we experience.
