My Approach to Helping
I work with teens and adults who are living with anxiety. Do you feel like life is going well but you still have those anxious thoughts that just won't go away? Maybe you've read the self-help books, listened to the podcasts, and perhaps even watched #anxiety TikTok but you still can't find the peace you crave.
Maybe working with a therapist isn't something that you've ever seen yourself needing to do. You might be asking how can it help me. Therapy can help you manage stress better, notice patterns about your anxious thoughts, and help you stop an anxious thought before it starts to loop in your brain.
I am solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) trained with a background working in inpatient and outpatient settings with adults and teens. I love working with clients in person and online and have a variety of morning, afternoon, and evening slots available.
