My Approach to Helping
Getting into counseling can be the first step toward managing life's challenges, difficult changes, and the chaos of everyday living. Counseling offers you the time and space you need to reflect on your experiences and relationships. It also offers care and empathy to manage your struggles. I believe that exploration of the past and present, along with reflection upon who we are as people, can help you achieve and clarify your goals and direction. This ultimately may help you feel better. Sometimes we feel alone as we navigate our lives, but therapy helps you feel less alone. This important relationship figures prominently in the healing journey, and it would be my honor to help you journey toward wellness.
