I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker and I specialize in treating adults with anxiety, depression, family conflict, and relationship issues. I combine several approaches to treatment including but not limited to CBT, mindfulness, attachment-based, and strengths-based. I tailor my approach to each individual client.
