My Approach to Helping
You may be deciding to talk with a therapist because of struggles that don't seem to resolve, feelings of failure, shame or anxiety. These are difficulties that I have treated over the years and have seen substantial improvement in those I've worked with. I believe in providing a therapy approach that gets to the bottom of what is upsetting you and interfering with you having a satisfying life. Often we are our own worst critic. I will explore with you how we get in our own way and undermine ourselves, with the goal of building confidence in your sense of self that you can take out into the world.
