My Approach to Helping

I have years of experience as a therapist and as a life coach supporting individuals and couples in their individual and mutual journeys to address presenting challenges such as but not limited to communication, codependency, trauma, addiction, low self-esteem, grief, depression, and anxiety. I bring a positive, non-judgmental, direct, and proactive approach to therapy, helping you to achieve greater self-esteem, build healthier relationships, and make the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral changes you seek.
My approach is holistic and tailored to your individual needs. My style is warm, creative, solutions-focused, and action-oriented. I emphasize on collaboration, safety, communication, and boundaries, and we work at your pace. I help you to identify your desired goals, build on your natural strengths, and develop the skills and knowledge to achieve them.
