Looking for the right therapist for you can be the start of something great, but it can also feel a little overwhelming. At the heart of my practice is your comfort. When you begin talking with someone who really listens, wants to understand your point of view, and wants to not only help you, but learn from you, real growth can begin to happen. Sometimes old patterns and the things we have been through can make us feel stuck. I'm here to help you get unstuck and get where you want to be.

More Info About My Practice

Most of my work has focused on anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem building. I take an active role in collaborating with my clients in order to help them create the life they want. I offer gentle directness and warm acceptance.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I am certified in the Gottman Bringing Baby Home program. The goal of the program is to improve the quality of life for babies and children by strengthening the parental relationship. Additionally, I offer individual support for new mothers who may be experiencing the stressors that come with new motherhood.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love making a genuine connection with people, whether as a therapist or just in my day-to-day life. As someone who often asks myself the question "why are we here?", I believe that it's to make meaning from life through helping each other get through the tough times and to celebrate the good times. I want to help you live a fuller and happier life by helping you to manage your struggles and to honor the things that are wonderful about you!
