More Info About My Practice

We are hard wired for connections. That's why relationship conflict can be so stressful. If you and your partner keep going around in circles without any real resolution to the issues, I want to equip you with some skills that can help you turn things around. Are you ready to break the cycle of poor communication, frustration, disappointment, and loneliness? I believe that it's possible to fight your way back from infidelity to forgiveness and intimacy. It really is possible to change and grow.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

It can really be difficult to reach out for help. We live in a society that values strength (or at least the appearance of it). The truth is, people who realize that they could use some help are not only strong but they?re smart too. They know that it takes courage to trust someone else to help you through a rough patch. Going to therapy doesn?t mean you?re weak, it means you?re courageous enough to take steps toward enjoying your life.

While I treat people of all religious perspectives, I have over a decade of experience as a pastor so if you'd like to include Christian faith perspectives in your therapy, I'd be glad to talk about that with you.
