My Approach to Helping

I believe you have the power inside yourself to change at any moment and to overcome any obstacles or struggles that are keeping you from living the life you want. I seek to help individuals, groups, and couples begin andor continue on their path to a more fulfilling and happy life. I want to help you learn more about yourself, identify your values, what is important to you and support you as you explore what you believe brings meaning and purpose to your life.

I seek to empower you to take control of your life through goal setting, developing plans for change, and supporting you as you begin making your desired changes and carry out these plans to better your life and reach your goals. I believe sometimes we just need more motivation, new approaches, an outside perspective, more support, education, andor just a safe place to express ourselves to work through our struggles and improve our lives.

I genuinely accept you as you are and will listen to you with empathy and respect. I seek to create a strong therapeutic relationship with you and a peaceful environment where you feel safe and comfortable to talk and can let go of any worries of being judged or rejected for expressing and being yourself.
