My Approach to Helping
Welcome to a journey with me where you get to explore your psyche! I would be honored to walk with you while you notice the different parts of you that are overwhelmed, angry, sad, tired, anxious, confused or wounded. Together we will appreciate all their different important roles across your life span as well as their messages to you today.
I also love walking with couples as well as families to facilitate the exploring and appreciation of the different parts of each other that make them a unique pairing of humans. Then together couples and families will be able to find the best balanced and harmonious way of being together.

How Psychotherapy Can Help
The most important thing a therapist can do for you is to be present with you, while you seek to understand and be with the different parts of yourself. In order to do this a therapist needs to have worked on the areas of wounding and defense in their own life (because no one not wounded in this world!). Also, it helps if the therapist has some life experience that is similar to yours so that they can more easily understand some of your issues. But again the most important is to be present, because no two people have exactly the same life experiences.
