My Approach to Helping
My goal is to make therapy a warm and safe space to help you make the changes you wish to make. I am flexible and will use different types of therapy depending on your needs and preferences. I often use a blend of client-centered, relational, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies. I also often conceptualize using attachment and family systems theory. We will decide at the beginning of our work what will feel like the best fit for you.
I love to work with individuals and couples. I offer support on many issues but some of them are relationship and family problems, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My job is to help you to find understanding and to and feel better.
