My Approach to Helping
As your therapist, my hope is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space.
I truly believe that every person’s experiences are unique. I believe that you are the expert of your life therefore I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches/modalities and personalize treatment that works best for you. I encourage you to share your experiences in a confidential space as you begin your healing journey and path to personal growth.
I have experience in working with children, adolescents, young adults and adults as they work through trauma, relationship issues, stress management, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and grief/loss. I am bilingual and also have experience working with immigration and first-generation issues.
