My Approach to Helping
Therapy gives us the opportunity for us to come home to ourselves. All of us experience challenges, some that are really difficult and painful to face. I want to walk with you, all the way through to the other side. I see this path as something that provides great strength and beauty, and I love supporting people in recognizing this for themselves. Our journey of growth and self discovery can be long and windy, and the more we put into it the more we get out of it. I am trained in various evidence based practices. The way I can be most helpful is to find out from you what you want and need and respond accordingly.
