I want to support you in feeling better and living with connection and courage. Would you like to feel "unstuck" and energized by the opportunities to succeed in your life and feel confident connecting easily and deeply in your relationships?
Experiencing the freedom of feeling truly alive and be yourself-The very One you were put on the planet to be, is possible and life changing. It has been for me and others I've worked with. Feeling and relating better is achievable - and you are deserving of it. I would like to help you go from suffering and in some cases merely surviving life to actually living life.

Years ago, while going through crisis of my own, I was given a gift of support and insight by a highly skilled and compassionate therapist who helped me see how unconscious emotions and beliefs were limiting my growth and my engagement and impacting every aspect of my life. I'm grateful my journey to happier and more courageous living began then, and I am passionate about passing this gift on.

More Info About My Practice

I work with people suffering with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addictive behaviors or trauma, and other issues such as difficulty with making decisions, ineffective communication, poor boundaries, low self worth, fears of being honest and of asking for needs and wants from others, grief, frequently feeling overwhelmed or confused and others.

Suffering at times is universal, and I don't believe there's benefit to suffering alone or isolating. Healing, in my experience, occurs quickest when in connection with other safe people in a judgment free setting.

Within this environment, I use evidenced based treatment, focused on addressing occurrences in the mind and body, including neurobiological response patterns within the brain and nervous system that occur below conscious awareness. I guide people using mind and body approaches, along with other training and experience gained while working as a therapist at The Meadows, a world renown treatment center.

Part of my life's purpose, I am convinced, is to assist others in sorting through the pieces of their lives and help them overcome the emptiness and overwhelm that life can bring. Working with a well trained, empathetic, and intuitive professional can improve your chances for gaining clarity where there was once confusion and connection where there was isolation. I'd like to be a part of your journey--inspiring the hope, empowerment, maturity and new insight you are now wanting in to your life.
