My Approach to Helping
You might be feeling lost, stuck, or dissatisfied in your relationships, weighed down by shame, or unsure of who you truly are. Life transitions, like starting college, changing careers, or moving, can feel overwhelming, especially if your environment feels unsupportive. You may also be navigating anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, or a bipolar condition. Sometimes, something just feels off. Strong emotions may appear in your body, but it can be hard to understand them in the moment. Your relationships might feel passive or tumultuous, and your career could leave you drained or unfulfilled. Taking risks, trying something new, meeting new people, or making a change, can feel intimidating, making it easier to stick with familiar routines.
I provide relational, depth-focused therapy, aiming to truly see and understand you, and help you see and understand yourself. Together, we’ll identify patterns shaping your life, connect bodily sensations with emotions, and clarify your values. I also use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tools when they support your growth. My goal is to help you align your life with your authentic self and take insights from therapy into daily life.
Through therapy, you can reconnect with your true self, confident, comfortable, and willing to take risks that lead to growth. You’ll gain motivation to make meaningful changes and create a life that brings more contentment, peace, and richness of experience. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, the next steps are simple: reach out through our form or schedule link, we’ll do a consultation call, and then we’ll get you scheduled.
