My Approach to Helping
The decision to seek counseling is not always an easy one to make. It is important to me that I create a comfortable and safe space for my clients to share their experiences without judgment, so that they may feel supported and understood as we build trust and good rapport. Our time together is all about you and I hope to support and collaborate with you as you work towards your goals. Some of my approaches to therapy include Narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Play therapy, Psycho-education, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, and Solution-focused therapy.
I strongly believe in self-care, and in my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with my friends and family. I am an avid traveler and am always planning my next adventure to someplace new!
