My Approach to Helping
Life presents challenges to us all the time, some are expected while some catch us off guard. My approach is supportive, collaborative and reflective. I utilize evidenced based therapeutic approaches and provide direct, honest feedback. Together we will address current patterns you would like to change and identify the origin of these issues to create lasting change. I specialize in trauma, depression, postpartum, anxiety and relationships.
