My Approach to Helping
Often, people may have some struggles during their lives that can cause significant distress in their lives. Sometimes, when people are struggling with life challenges, they may feel overwhelmed and hopeless and may not find solitude or help, making them feel scared. If you feel stuck, ashamed, or afraid, whatever the challenges you may face, from being more confident, wanting to learn new skills, or just trying to be the best person you can be, I can help. I learned a lot about how to help people in a variety of settings and situations during my work as a therapist.
My focus is directly related to the established goals and identifying the specific interventions that lead to the desired change. I have a cognitive-behavioral approach that will be discussed and examined during the course of our treatment. There is one aspect of your life that is true; if you don’t do anything different, nothing will change. Please give me a call, and let’s see if I can help you with the challenges you are currently facing or have a lifelong struggle that you may want to talk about.
