As women, we face unique challenges in our society and even the strongest women have fears and insecurities.

Hi! I'm Abigail and my work is focused on women's mental health. I am passionate about empowering my fellow sisters with the tools to navigate some of life's greatest challenges. Together we will find you tools to deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
I use a blend of modalities including CBT, mindfulness, and somatic (body-based) approaches.
