More Info About My Practice

Our practice, Live Well Therapy Associates, does not contract directly with insurance companies. We do, however, provide all necessary paperwork for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. Our fee is $120 per session, but we do offer sliding scale arrangements, when space is available.
