My Approach to Helping
Life inevitably has its ups and downs and I’m here to help you navigate through them! My goal as a therapist is to provide an empathic and non-judgmental environment to help you on your own personal growth and equip you with the tools needed to thrive.
My therapeutic approach is derived from using Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which allows you to develop a deeper understanding of your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while learning the skills you need to achieve your goals. We will work collaboratively to identify your strengths and tailor them into effective coping strategies to manage your life transitions, reduce stressors and anxiety, improve mood, and change patterns of behavior and relationships. As your therapist, I will be working at your pace to develop a unique therapy experience to assist you on your personal journey.
