My Approach to Helping

Amaka Orji has several years of experience working in community mental health. While her primary role is medication management, she tries to incorporate psychotherapy when treating mental health disorders. Her skill set focuses on the major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and ADHD. Amaka encourages clients to approach their mental health holistically and thinking outside the box.

Amaka loves to perform and has a great sense of humor- ask any of her coworkers. Her interest includes improv, sketch comedy, screenwriting, singing, musical theater, and anything else she can do to perform.
