My Approach to Helping
I recognize the strength it takes to reach out for support and the vulnerability that goes into sharing difficult emotions. I aim to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to freely express thoughts they may not be able to share elsewhere.
I support children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and more.
In therapy, I mainly use a combination of CBT and client centered therapy. My goal is to help clients develop an awareness of and overcome distorted thinking. In every case, I guide clients to recognize that they have control over their future.
