My Approach to Helping
I utilize mindfulness, self-compassion, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques in my work with clients.
I specialize in working with teenagers and young adults dealing with life transitions. I have received extensive training in trauma-informed approaches so that I can best serve those who are struggling and their families. I want to see everyone heal, grow, and thrive in life. No matter how difficult a hand you have been given, there is a way through.
I take a client-centered approach, always taking the time to listen and understand where a client is coming from. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. I tailor all treatment plans to meet the client’s specific needs. I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey to wellness and healing.
From the homeless to career professionals, I have a wide range of experience working in a variety of clinical settings with a diverse population of clients. I have spent some time working with survivors of torture from all over the world, many of whom spoke different languages.
